The Alpha class Xg-1 Assault Gunboat was a highly manueverable starfighter used by the Galactic Empire and manufactured by Cygnus Spaceworks to combat the Rebel Alliance's B-wing. They were manned by one Imperial Pilot. It was equipped with two missile launchers with a total payload of up to 16 missiles, depending on the type. It also carried dual Ion cannons as well as dual Laser cannons.
