George Biondi was one of Enrico Balazar's men. He was killed in the firefight between Balazar and Roland Deschain and Eddie Dean. Biondi was responsible for the heroin shot that caused Henry Dean to overdose. They were playing Trivial Pursuit at The Leaning Tower while waiting for Eddie's return.
