The House of Dezendyan was a powerful upper-class commerce family who lived aboard space station Dezendyan 1, the headquaters of there highly successful business Dezendyan Corporation which did several different things from transporting cargo across the empire (as well as across the N'Akkiarl Galaxy) to making starships. By 980 ABY they were millionaires with holdings across the empire and numerous subsidieries, they even bought the planet which there headquaters was in orbit above and renamed it Dezendyan.
