The Jackal was a young man who worked at the Federal Shipyards during the war. After being picked on and bullied by his co-workers, he decided to show them that he could be just as tough and brutal, so he disguised himself as The Jackal and began killing his co-workers one at a time. He was brought to justice by The Zebra.
