Sir James Duke, 1st Baronet (31 January 1792 – 28 May 1873) was a British Liberal Party politician. He was elected as Sheriff of the City of London in 1837 and Lord Mayor of London in 1847. Master of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers 1840-1, 1847-8, 1849-50, and 1860-1, of the Worshipful Company of Salters in 1853-4, and for the Worshipful Company of Loriners in 1855-6.
