Frank Southard (born 16 November 256AP) is an Eastern Zartanian race car driver in the RZOEAZ. He currently drives the No. 85 Dugas Aerospace, Inc. Segvold for Lumpi Enerven. He resides in his hometown of Dely'Mor, Desdarca, Eastern Zartania. He is married to his wife, Lindy, and they have five children.
