Heklu were a non-sentient, amphibious species native to the planet Riileb in the Riileb system of Hutt Space. The species' meat was considered a delicacy on many Core Worlds, and transporting heklu was one of the only reasons merchants found that made visiting the creatures' homeworld worthwhile.
