The Accidental Magic Reversal squad is a specific group of wizards dedicated to both the reversal and confinement of accidental magic. Attending mostly to the youthful wizards who accidentally use magic, or are unable to control the magic that they have conjured, the squad also deals with the adult wizards who have used uncontrollable or out of control magic. They work primarily with the Obliviators to assist with the potential muggle witnesses and victims of set magic, they reverse and adjust the magic to return to normal. Another highly valued part of their job is to deal with accidents involving apparition and 'splinching' which is a major problem with magical travel.
