Theodore Thomas Marshall (d. 26 Nov 2004) was a Senator from Maine. He was poisoned by Rob Coulter in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. under instructions from Dr. Scanlon when he refused to vote for further budget authorizaton on the Eyetrap Project. His death appeared accidental until the truth of the incident was revealed by Bonnie Gibson, Neal Pynchon, and Johnny Smith. Marshall was refered to as both "Thomas" and "Theodore" in reports of his death.
