Hokusai Azuma (東 北斎, Azuma Hokusai), better known as The Professor (教授, Kyōju), is Kyotaro's adoptive and Minami's father, who leads the terror group that is letting the glowing fish roam free. He acted as the main antagonist during the first part of the series.
