Chelsea Campbell was the rebellious friend of Donna Windsor. Chelsea started bullying Andy Sugden in October 1998, giving him a hard time and stealing his bus money. A few days later she and Donna pick on Andy and break his watch. However, Andy's brother Robert sticks up for Andy, punching Donna in the playground. However, Chelsea decides to take revenge and convinces Donna to help her beat Robert up, which results in Chelsea being excluded from school.
