Mueller City was the capital city of Mueller Steading on the planet Grayson. In the early 20th Century PD, it was a warren of low buildings, most less than eight and none more than thirty stories tall, spread out in a confusion of streets, alleys, and roadways. The Old Quarter in particular was never planned for modern lighting, and some of its constricted, twisty streets and lanes with their stone-slab sidewalks were almost completely dark at night. (HH9)
