He spawns at the end of the escort quest File:Alliance 15.png [24] Supplies to Auberdine received from Feero Ironhand at Maestra's Post in Ashenvale. Aligar the Tormentor along with his cronies sends out ambushes against Feero Ironhand who is on his way to Ashenvale to deliver a message and supplies.
