The Orto Culinary Academy was a culinary academy located on Orto. After the death of Robbs Ely, Strono Tuggs uploaded Ely's recipes to the Academy, which hundreds of new students studied. Tuggs believed that Ely's name would be remembered alongside great chefs such as Jlibbous and Gormaanda.
