SPARTAN-D007, born Urbano Amadeus Osvaldo, later renamed Amadeus James Parsons, nicknamed "Walter" by several Spartan comrades, and designated Codename: EIDETIC, was a SPARTAN-III Commando, the last survivor of twenty Delta Company operatives that were illegally produced at the end of the war by Brigadier General Conan D'Souza of ONI Section III. An five-year-old orphan after the destruction of Sargasso, Amadeus was recruited by D'Souza and spent a year in training before undergoing augmentations. Despite D'Souza's limited assets, he managed to not only ensure a perfect record during the augmentations, but provided his troops with powered armor on par with MJOLNIR.
