Koratta Jael was a female Bajoran. During the Occupation of Bajor, Koratta was a member of a cell of the Bajoran Resistance with Loran Devys and once met Kira Nerys. After the Occupation ended, Koratta worked for Loran's salvage company. In 2372, Kira contacted Koratta to purchase the Progress, a Delphi-class starship that Loran had purchased several weeks earlier and was on Bajor's seventh moon. (DS9 novel: The Heart of the Warrior)
