The Tokyo Conference was held at the old Imperial Palace in Tokyo, East Asian Federation, from 16 August to 20 August 2010. Participants were the East Asian Federation, Belgio-Yarphei, SCOSK, the Allied States. The nations were represented by Hyasoda Federation Health Chief Executive Park Chan-hae, SCOSK by Jacob Tran, minister of Foreign Affairs, Belgio-Yarphei by Phung Leu-yang, and the Allied States by Tony Consitenni.
