The Chandra Crest is an office building owned by the Tsukiyama Group, located in the 3rd Ward. It is one of the two buildings owned by the group that has a heliport, the other being the Lunatic Eclipse Building. As such, it was considered a potential escape route for Shuu Tsukiyama during the Tsukiyama Family Extermination Operation.
