Dr. Tristum Gangli was Devar-Toi's doctor and sawbones. According to the Breakers, he looks like John Irving after a bad face-lift. He likes to travel by roller skates. He took a Taheen name, although he is Can-Toi. He rules his third floor surgery in Damli House with an iron fist. Due to the many infections in Devar-Toi he prescribes many anti-biotics that begin to lose their effectiveness. During the Battle of Devar-Toi, he is blown skyward, along with his paperwork, when Damli House's kitchen explodes.
