Shaara was the daughter of moisture farmers who, at the age of fifteen, performed a "droid" act wrapped in kelsh in a cantina on the edge of Mos Eisley owned by Dakkar the Distant. She had two brothers, one named Kamma and another, three years her junior, who became a skiff guard for Jabba the Hutt.
