A Tunisian dig-worker worked at the archaeological dig to which Charlotte tried to gain access. He told her the site was closed, but allowed her entry after she bribed him. He seemed nervous that she was there, especially when she began excavating around the remains of a polar bear. He spoke to Charlotte in French rather than Arabic, Tunisia being a former French protectorate.
