Luis Ramirez was a Federation Marine who was patrolling the G.F.S. Valhalla when the Space Pirates attacked. He was first found dead and identified by the Galactic Federation Reconnaissance Drone in the Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Preview. It is possible that he was an early PED Marine, as there were many others whose PEDs failed on them, causing them to explode and kill the user. His body is located in the Control Room, where he apparently dropped his PDA.
