Gaab'Baay, the old crone is an NPC found living in a hidden room in the eastern side of the High Mountain Village. If the PC is chaotic and has given six artifacts to the demented ratling, she will assign a series of quests to the PC; once the PC completes all of these she will reward him/her with the Medal of Chaos, vital for special endings. If the PC is chaotic but has not yet satisfied the wants of the demented ratlings, she will tell the PC to "meet the mutated one". If the PC is lawful or neutral, she will just tell them to 'mature'.
