Hancock Tower was the central residential tower of the Hancock Seccy district in the city of Mendel on the planet Mesa. It was destroyed by a kinetic energy weapon in October 1922 PD after the residents, led by local crime boss Bachue "the Nose" Emmett, repelled an attempt by government security forces to invade the building.
