It is ruled by Dream Meister who controls which dreams go to each person. Dreamsville is very surreal, full of random colors and oversized objects along with melting clocks and strange creatures. Sonic and Tails and Coconuts all traveled there through Professor Von Schlemmer's Dream-Kadoodle machine.
