Colonel Albor is a stout man with a florid face, and a touch of gray at his temples. He is a Tolnedran and a Horbite. Ce'Nedra privately detested him. Albor was the commander of the Eighty-Third Legion, primarily a ceremonial unit, and by tradition, its barracks were inside the Imperial compound at Tol Honeth. It was limited to a thousand men and served primarily as a palace guard.
