Pekka Arbelius (born June 26, 1960 in Oulu) is a Finnish retired ice hockey player. Arbelius played for Kärpät Oulu, MODO Hockey and JYP Jyväskylä. He also represented Finland in five World Championships (1981, 1982, 1985, 1986 and 1990) and in the 1981 Canada Cup He won the Jarmo Wasama memorial trophy in 1979-80.
