Taking the time after Sengoku Movie Battle, Haruto and the Police Department are continuing their hunt for the leftover Phantoms. During their hunt, a mysterious person with the same appearance as Haruto attacks him. He is able to transform into Wizard with the same appearance as Wizard Flame Style, but his crystal color is violet.
