The Milk Bar Owner is a character from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. As his name implies, he is the proprietor of the Milk Bar in Lorule. If Link talks to him, he complains about everyone taking refuge from the monsters in the Milk Bar. He prefers being alone and drinking his milk in peace. The Milk Bar Owner bears a definite resemblance to Ingo (and by extent, the Gorman Brothers) in both appearance and personality, similar to how his Hyrulean counterpart resembles Talon and Mr. Barten (with whom he shares an occupation) from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
