Stagg Enterprises also known as Stagg Industries is a business company located in both Starling City and Central City. It was created by it's Simon Stagg who once lead the company. It was formerly CNRI's donor, until for some unknown reason stopped donating to CNRI. Some of The Former Members that use to work for the company were Java and Multiplex.
