The Dramen Tree is a located in the Entrana dungeon. You need to obtain a branch from it in order to make Dramen Staff, complete the Lost City quest and access Zanaris. Since weapons are not allowed on Entrana you need to obtain a bronze axe from killing zombies in the dungeon. You must then defeat the Dramen Tree Spirit before you can cut a branch. Red vines are growing near the tree.
