Althrough it has no weapon, it can still be used as a distraction to enemies. In Red Alert 2, and Yuri's Revenge version 1.00, mind-controlled Mobile Construction Vehicles can be deployed. In Yuri's Revenge version 1.001, mind-controlled MCVs can no longer be deployed - except if the mind-control is done by the Psychic Dominátor (the controlled vehicle is not "bound" to any mind-controlling unit).
