Charlie Neil, born 12 May 1961 in Upper Gornal, West Midlands, is a British weather forecast presenter who worked for Central TV in Birmingham, UK. Previously, she presented for both BRMB Radio and Radio WM in Birmingham. Working alongside her colleague Emma Jesson, Neil presented weather forecasts for the three Central sub-regions, and for HTV Wales and HTV West during weekends and holidays. In February 2009 she was made redundant as part of an ITV regional news-output rationalisation.
