Elite Black Knights are present at Lucien's camp and welcome the player (disguised as Surok Magis) when they teleport in during While Guthix Sleeps. One of them is also a bodyguard for Dark Squall, although he is dressed exactly like an Elite Dark Warrior. There are also several Elite Black Knights on the second floor of the Black Knights' Fortress.
