Bandin Dobah was an Aqualish male at the head of a band of smugglers on the planet Formos in the period following the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War. He stole the droid R4-W9, who had an exceptional map of hyperlanes and asteroid belts of the region. His activities attracted the attention of Moruth Doole and Thakba Besadii Diori. Both placed a bounty on his head. A group of adventurers captured him on his hideout.
