The first time Power Balloon ever tried to inflate someone is best known as The First Strike. In The First Strike Power Balloon started with an easy target. He needed to choose someone who was slow, ugly, stinky, and most importantly, stupid. So he chose Wario. He started to attack Wario by slowly floating over to him and touching him. It worked!!! but Wario is already so fat that it did nothing. However, that did not discourage Power Balloon.
