The Third Bajoran Republic was the state that governed the Bajoran people. It was said that within the Naghai Keep on Bajor was the hall where the Nine Tribes signed the treaty that resulted in the birth of the Third Republic. (DS9 novel: Day of the Vipers) Star Charts lists the Republic of Bajor as being the Third Republic of Bajor which may mean that this was the current Bajoran government.
