A variant of the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. Through Nature Transformation, Hikari further transforms her Water Release: Rasengan. The resulting blue Rasenshuriken emits a sound like flowing water but not as loudly as the screeching blades of the normal Rasenshuriken. Hikari could easily throw her Rasenshuriken with little to no effort, even though it encompasses the pressure of the ocean. Once caught in its detonation, the unlucky opponent will be crushed by the force of 100-200 G's. Hikari passed on her jutsu but only Haruka and Fuyuki were able to master it.
