Richard Kim Milford (February 7, 1951 – June 16, 1988) was an American actor who had been active from 1971 until his death in 1988. Milford is best known to MST3K fans for playing the lead role of Billy Duncan in the 1978 movie Laserblast. In the spring of 1988 Milford had open heart surgery. Several weeks after having surgery Milford died due to heart failure at the age of 37.
