Forine is a Makuta located in the Matoran Universe. He is known as the Makuta of Weather owing to his mask power, and is a former ally to Desoline, now her hunter. Forine wears the Dirigius, the Great Mask of Weather Control and wields the only known Staff of Karzahni, a weapon considered the opposite to the Staff of Artakha.
