The AR2000 features a short-horned double-cutaway mahogany body with a AAA maple top mated to a set-in maple neck with a 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Super 58 humbucking pickups with individual volume and tone controls, a fixed bridge and tailpiece and Gotoh tuning machines. The AR2000 was replaced for 2004 with the AR3000.
