Toa of Lightning is a title given to Toa who wield the Element of Lightning. Toa of Lightning are always transformed from a Matoran of Lightning. Should a Toa of Lightning fulfill her destiny, they are given the option of sacrificing their Toa Power and becoming a Turaga of Lightning. If a Toa of Lightning loses their Kanohi, their Elemental powers would be halved and their overall strength greatly weakened.
