The HMKG had two main battle tactics. The most common was used in open-air battles and space battles. Most of the HMKG soldiers would encircle the enemy force, if possible, while the rest would patrol the circle, reinforcing it where necessary. The enemy soldiers inside the circle would be trapped and cramped together too much to be able to fight properly. If the Lombardans couldn't encircle their foes, then they would simply battle them in ranks.
