Following the battle, a ceremony was held in the Grand Audience Chamber of the Great Temple, the Alliance's base on Yavin 4. Zavor was present at the ceremony, during which the Medal of Bravery was awarded to Rebel pilot Luke Skywalker, along with two other heroes of the battle, pilots Han Solo and Chewbacca.
