Frank Janson is a character in the Watch Dogs mission Big Brother. He was a business owner who was behind his alimony payments. Desperate for money to make payments, he was discovered by Damien Brenks and pays Frank a lot of money to make harassment calls to Nicole Pearce at her son Jackson's 10th birthday party which made Aiden react with extreme prejudice which lead to Frank being killed or knock out depending on the player's choice.
