This is the bandit's parcel which Haren Brogg gives to Geralt to bring to Vizima. Geralt only receives this parcel if he completes the quest: Strangers in the Night and subsequently asks Brogg if he has any more work for a witcher. It is meant for one "Coleman" who is said to be found at The Hairy Bear.
