The Guillotines is a gang in Southard. Pendhurst-Amaranth Corporation (ostensibly the sponsor of the gang) has hired Chaste to eliminate them and she will pay you to help. They are the most murderous gangs in the matrix, and are led by Mercel Petiot, reigns over the gang, which is loyal to her.
