I moved the content from WoWWiki:Policies/Archival since it was voted on to be guidelines. I also moved the vote to make this a guideline from WoWWiki_talk:Policies/Archival to here. This is a stub still and really needs to be cleaned up, but at least it is in the right place now.--Ralthor 12:17, 3 June 2006 (EDT)
