Hoovetip is one of two major cities on Cayelenn's Bay, sitting due east of Pod's Peninsula, the other city being Ayeráth, its rival. Hoovetip is the 3rd most-populous city of the Badlands, but also the wealthiest. Its ruler is Red General Ferbles Blachorn, who owns the Orange Company, turning a large profit, and allowing him to spy on people across all of the Delklands with virtually no one suspecting anything. Unlike other cities in the Delklands, Hoovetip is mob-ruled, and its ruler is a Governor, not a Lord or Duke.
