The Narva colony was according to Dala and Mobar a colony located in the Delta Quadrant. According to them omega radiation had killed the entire adult population of Narva colony, leaving behind many orphans. While posing as clerics, claimed to make a pilgrimage each spring to Narva to help the orphans with food, to honor the Redeemer of Light. Later, posing as Captain Janeway and Tuvok, they claimed to need Bolomite for use in omega radiation therapy. (VOY: "Live Fast and Prosper")
